The Advanced Bookkeeping package includes:
- Journal entries to record things that may happen outside of your business accounts but still need to be captured in your financials (maximum of 5 entries per month additional entries will incur additional costs).
- Financial reports sent to you on a monthly basis. Reporting is at the heart of every successful business. We listen to your needs and create the reports through Reach Reporting that are comprehensive, easy to understand and provide you with the information you need to manage your growing business.
- Equity management. We make sure your time and money invested into your business are captured so that there is a complete accounting of what you have put into your business and what your true profitability is (maximum of 2 journal entries per month, additional entries will incur additional fees).
- Inter-company account management. This service is for the Multi Entity Owner; call us for more details on this service.
- Sales tax filing for all clients who need help with reconciling and paying sales tax. Let us take that burden off your plate.
- Contractor payment tracking. We always recommend using our trusted payroll partner, Gusto, for all of your payroll and 1099 needs. If you prefer we track it through QuickBooks, we are happy to do that as well.

Our Advanced Bookkeeping package are for business entities with annual gross revenue between $400k and $1 million. If your business has less than $400k in annual revenue, we offer semi-annual or annual bookkeeping services.
