Samantha "Sam" Rodriguez

Executive Assistant to CEO

Sam is currently serving as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at COR Tax & Bookkeeping. With a six-year track record in various roles, she’s known for her passion and dedication to her work. Beyond her professional achievements, Sam co-owns a transportation business with her husband. She’s renowned for her ability to connect with clients on a personal level, understanding their unique needs and aspirations. Sam also values work-life balance, cherishing moments with her family, including her three children.

Rachel Mauricio is a seasoned and results-driven Director of Operations known for orchestrating operational excellence with a strategic vision. With an extensive background in Operations and Executive Leadership, Rachel is dedicated to optimizing processes, fostering collaboration, and driving organizational growth. Rachel elevates COR’s operational landscape as a visionary leader who blends strategic foresight, efficiency optimization, and team empowerment. Rachel navigates complexities for COR and our clients and leads our organization and our clients to new heights of success.

Leslie Jackson

Accounting Manager

Leslie comes to us with a wealth of experience, having served as an Operations Manager for multiple companies over the last 13 years. Her academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in Technical Management with a focus in accounting from DeVry University. Leslie’s diverse business expertise uniquely positions her as a highly productive and capable individual.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Alex is a seasoned tax accountant with over 15 years in the industry, including nearly a decade in public accounting. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to staying current with ever-changing tax laws make him a trusted advisor for both individuals and businesses. Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Baylor University, and resides in Houston with his wife and 2 kids.
